As a rugby player & restauranteur Kevin has always been involved in sports and business. He set up PureLight with Vicky in 2017 to enhance the

dance & yoga community in the area.



Linda Hickey

Linda's journey into the world of yoga began 23 years ago when expecting her first child. Since then,  she has realised her life-long goal of training as a teacher which she did under the guidance of  Teresa Murphy Moore, Yoga Sacred Space.
She teaches a flowing Vinyasa style with focus on alignment of breath with movement.  
For Linda, yoga is a 'tool for life'. A tool that can help us maintain fitness, flexibility, focus & serenity in both body and mind. Linda uses essential oils in her classes & combined with 'pranayama' or breath work, she finds they can help improve focus, mood and relaxation. Apart from teaching yoga, Linda's passion is food as she is a qualified Nutritional Therapist & Reflexologist. Linda welcomes all levels of ability to her classes and strives to provide a warm & safe space in which to practice yoga. She is looking forward to helping you discover the wonderfully unifying benefits of this ancient practice.

Lara Dunlea

Lara is a highly experienced yoga teacher, certified GentleBirth Educator, certified Infant Massage Instructor and DONA-trained birth and postpartum doula, with an educational background in the fields of AppliedPsychology & Montessori Education. She has trained with YogaWorks, Yoga Therapy Ireland, Radiant Child Yoga, The Elbowroom, Marianne Jacuzzi, David Swenson, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Tracy Donegan, Ann Grauer and many more. The empowering experience of birthing her two children at home with a support of a wonderful midwife and partner fuelled Lara's passion for the life-changing nature of positive birth and prompted her to persue a wide range of trainings relating to birth preparation and postpartum care. She is passionate about supporting women through pregnancy and the first year of their babies life and particulary enjoys witnessing new parents bonding, sharing support and forming new friendships over their after-class cuppa and biscuits.

Robin Mahony

Robin is a 200Hr Registered Yoga Teacher who began her yoga journey over 20 years ago. She has explored many forms of the practice including Hatha, Ashtanga, Bikrahm, Vinyasa and recently Katonah having lived in New York, Philadelphia, and now Dublin. Robin brings her interest of psychology and mental well being to both her Adult and Children’s classes. As a mother of 3, she understands first hand the struggle to find balance and self care.


Robin is the creator of Bird in Hand Yoga which offers a gentle, insightful approach to yoga based on the understanding that each of us already possesses all that we need. Yoga does not seek to change us but to uncover and help grow the gifts we innately have. 


Yoga is for everyone.

Hannah Plomp

Hannah graduated her 200 hr teacher training from Yago Yoga in October last year and she is currently training to receive an additional 200hrs.  
At Yago Hannah learnt the system of yoga, a variety of yoga techniques such as stability, stability/ flow, flow, restorative yoga, mediation and breathing techniques.
Hannah's Yoga class gives you the opportunity to get you out of your head and into your body.

Vicky Andreanska

Vicky trained as a rhythmic gymnast from the age of 3, becoming a champion of Slovakia in 2006. She took up dancing as a teenager and participated in many high end theatre shows as a part of the dance group. She also had many stage performances throughout Europe like Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Greece and Italy.

Vicky is a qualified PE teacher.  She started teaching her first Zumba® classes in June 2011, initially in between other fitness classes. As the classes boomed and Zumba® Fitness took over Ireland, she was absolutely delighted to teach Zumba® and spread The Zumba® fever all over her area. Vicky's Zumba® is a great whole-body workout, a huge confidence boost and a latin-inspired party, all rolled in to one.  In 2016 Vicky also started teaching Dance classes for adults. Her dance classes are fun and energetic for both inexperienced and experienced dancers where you learn a group dance choreography and shoot a class dance video at the end of the term.The classes are fun & high energy, rich in performance, & professionally choreographed.

Vicky also runs a number of charity fundraisers for multiple clubs & organizations across Ireland, working on the dance & performance element of each event.

Aoife Byrne

Aoife has been involved in Dance from the age of 3, winning many titles and awards. She is a level 4 Personal Trainer and has been instructing with Boot Camp Ireland for many years. 

Since 2006 Aoife has been teaching Pole Fitness and has most recently set up her own school called Flow Fitness.  Her classes give a full body workout, no muscle will escape. The 8 weeks courses lead to an overall toned physique with stronger flatter abs, toned arms and buttocks and an increase in flexibility.

Since 2010 Aoife has also been working as a Stunt Performer when not teaching. Working on major budgeted TV shows like Vikings, Penny Dreadful and feature movies that are shown all around the world. She is also one of the main instructors with Stunt Drive Ireland and teaches on a regular basis.

Rachel Fisher

Rachel has over 20 years dance experience, finding her passion for hip hop when she was 10 years old. She has trained with some of the worlds top choreographers and competed in the worlds biggest hip hop competitions including Hip Hop International in Las Vegas. She has travelled extensively to better her dance skills, partaking in countless classes, training programmes and workshops. She has danced with many dance crews, performing both professionally and for pleasure. She wanted to share her knowledge and passion with the youth of today and so founded her dance school Urban X. Her dancers perform in the Mermaid Theatre each year and for the past 3 years have won an award in the Bray St. Patrick's Day Parade, taking "Best Overall" in 2017. Rachel looks forward to many more years in the industry with her dancers, bringing them more opportunities, new experiences and memories of a lifetime.

Sandra Whelan

Sandra is a registered Zumba® instructor and Zin member. Sandra has loved dancing as a hobby since an early age. Having raised her four children, she wanted to re-ignite this passion for dance. She discovered Zumba® in 2015 and within two classes was hooked for life. She trained and became a fully qualified Zumba® instructor in September of the same year. Sandra demonstrates that it is never too late to try something new when you have a passion for it.  She welcomes Everybody and Every Body to her class. Using the four basic Zumba® latin rhythms, she creates the party vibe while delivering a full cardio work-out.

Zumba has given Sandra a renewed passion for life - it can do the same for you!
